The Sumokids Foundation

Presents

‘Kings of the Line’

Skills Training and Competition

To Showcase Offensive-Line & Defensive-Line

Our mission is to instill Leverage & Positioning techniques and values in players of all ages and backgrounds.  These are the fundamental skills of football, and the foundation of all contact sports.  An equally important skill that participants will acquire from our program is self-discipline.

This is a 'New Era' specialty program – combining Football with Sumo in a unique way to showcase the top offensive and defensive lineman from the United States and Canada.  High School Football Players will be invited to compete in the Leverage and Positioning skills competition which will be integrated into a one-on-one battle event entitled ''Kings of the Line''.

The purpose of the ‘Kings of the Line’ tournament is to provide a platform that connects High School Football Players with College Coaches, Professional athletes and Sports Networks from around the country.

The program will include a number of bonus elements:

  1. High School offensive and defensive lineman will be invited to compete to showcase their talents and skills!

  2. High School players will have the opportunity to immediately display their newly acquired techniques in a competition against other participants!

  3. College Coaches will be invited to review and evaluate players for potential scholarship opportunities!

  4. This will give the players higher visibility to those in influential positions while also providing in-the-moment observations for Coaches and media outlets!
